Steve, Matt and Bill St. Romain - Pitmasters
Bill started with a small electric smoker and quickly became a dedicated student, learning about smoking meats. He received an XL Green Egg from the family for Christmas and continued to learn, including attending training with Myron Mixon. Upon winning his first competition and the first Michigan Eggfest he received a large Big Green Egg as a prize. A second large Big Green Egg was purchased so both sons could have their own Big Green Egg. With the knowledge obtained from Bill along with their own research and learning, have both become skilled pitmasters.
Deana St. Romain - Creative and Social Media Director
Deana researches competition opportunities, maintains social media and develops all of Smokin' Stro's creative materials.
Kara St. Romain - Photography, Competitor Intelligence and Food Critic
Kara captures video and photos of Smokin' Stro's events, surveys the competitive landscape and provides feedback to all 3 Smokin' Stros .
